From Caterpillar to Butterfly

Over a decade ago, our founder and President Lisa Markovits set out to help reduce violence against women at a large scale around the world. She started with a song and then created Pa’Arriba Foundation. Today, our OyeSARA platform is helping hundreds of thousands of people per year find the support resources they need to take the first steps to escape from violence in their lives.

Today, on March 8th, International Women’s Day, our organization is proud to share that Lisa has created yet another amazing approach to ending violence against women… a self-paced digital called From Caterpillar to Butterfly: Shepherding Women from Trauma to Joy that provides a fun, gentle journey back to self-love through art and self-expression for GenX women who have lost touch with themselves due to unhealthy relationships.

Experts know that art and music are important in order to prevent violence as well as providing a highly effective complement to traditional therapies, but finding a way to get them in the hands of the women who need them on a massive scale was complex…until now!

For every course sold, Lisa will donate $5 to help us continue our work at Pa’Arriba Foundation! So, by helping yourself, you can help others. Please help us spread the word.
